Clauses 5 and 7 in rupees

Clause 18 applies to every route in the cashier, rupee or crypto, and a check can lengthen the time before a payment is released. Larger withdrawals may need additional processing and a security review, and we may apply limits that depend on the account history, verification status, payment method and total winnings.
